HOPEWAY CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED is a global integrated manufacturer and exporter of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), construction chemicals and high-performance new polymer materials. We own four large-scale standardized production bases across China, covering a total industrial area over 3,000 mu. Our core headquarters factory occupies 544,700 square meters (around 817 mu), equipped with full-set automated production lines, centralized testing laboratories and large finished goods warehouses.
Founded on complete vertical industrial chain layout, we integrate raw material synthesis, polymer polymerization, spray-drying film processing and finished product packaging. With total staff of 4,451 employees, we have built a mature production, quality control, sales and after-sales system, and become one of the world’s leading suppliers of PVA and redispersible polymer powder (RDP).

Our actual annual output of PVA reached 306,400 tons in the latest fiscal year, with stable monthly supply for bulk overseas orders.

Series 1: PVA Polyvinyl Alcohol (Flagship Product)
Full range of partial & fully hydrolyzed grades: 1788, 2488, 0588, low-temperature water-soluble grade, textile sizing grade, pharmaceutical & food contact grade. Widely used in textile warp sizing, paper coating, ceramic binder, water treatment flocculant, screen printing emulsion, construction glue and daily chemicals.
Series 2: Construction Chemicals
Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP): For tile adhesive, exterior insulation plaster, self-leveling mortar, joint filler, waterproof coating
VAE Copolymer Emulsion: White latex, wood adhesive, coating base liquid, printing binder
Series 3: High-End New Materials
PVA Optical Film: Substrate for LCD polarizer film, breaking overseas monopoly
PVB Resin & Interlayer Film: Automotive safety glass, photovoltaic module encapsulation
High-strength PVA Fiber: Geotextile, fishing net, concrete reinforcing fiber

Our total annual operating revenue hits USD 1.1 billion, among which overseas export revenue accounts for 27.17% of total turnover.
RDP export proportion: 42.9% of total RDP sales
PVA export proportion: 19.6% of total PVA sales
Annual foreign exchange earnings: 301 million US dollars, with steady year-on-year growth of over 24%
We support flexible trade terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, and accept T/T, L/C payment for global clients.
