The KW-520B is a large-format 3-axis PU gasket dispensing machine with a 2250 × 1250 × 200 mm effective stroke for cabinet doors, panels, lighting housings, filters, and automotive parts. Its 15-inch touch screen, integrated operation box, PC or teach-pendant operation, motion-control/PLC platform, and ABB or Fuji servo-motor options provide a clear control interface for programmed gasket paths. The KW-900 pump-type mixing head supports 4–30 mm seal strips and is designed for control-system parameter adjustment and simplified maintenance. The machine supports two- or three-component polyurethane configurations, a 1–10:1 mixing-ratio range, KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps, and dual 40 L material tanks. Manual or automatic filling, optional water-temperature control, and high-pressure-water cleaning allow the production setup to be matched to different factory workflows.
