Feature

The 520A-PC is a 3-axis PU gasket dispensing platform for large flat and gently contoured workpieces. Its 2250 × 1250 × 200 mm effective stroke and 4–30 mm seal-strip range suit electrical-cabinet doors, waterproof boxes, lighting panels, filters, and automotive covers. A 10.2-inch touch screen, PC or teach-pendant operation, teach-pendant control interface, and Leadshine or STEP servo-motor options provide straightforward programming for repeatable gasket paths. The KW800 mixing head works with two- or three-component polyurethane configurations, a 1–10:1 mixing-ratio range, KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps, and dual 40 L material tanks. Manual or automatic filling and air charging, an optional filling station, optional water-temperature control, and high-pressure-water cleaning allow the machine to be configured around different factory processes.
