Pa Tin Da Group's state-of-the-art plant in Foshan, Guangdong.

In an industry where consistency, certification, and cost-efficiency define supplier value, Foshan Patinda Housewares Co., Ltd. (parent company: Pa Tin Da Group Co., Ltd.) has built a reputation as a reliable OEM/ODM partner for microfiber cleaning products. Established in 2004 and headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, the company operates a 45,000 m² plant with over 450 advanced machines and more than 10 fully automatic production lines, achieving an annual output of 2,184,270.46 kg. With 98% of its output exported to markets including the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and South Korea, Pa Tin Da is a key supplier for global brands seeking OEKO-TEX certified, GRS compliant, and ISO 9001/ISO 45001 certified microfiber solutions.

Industry Pain Points & Opportunity

Traditional cotton cleaning cloths fall short in commercial and automotive environments: they shed lint, lose absorbency after a few washes, and struggle with stubborn grease and paint contaminants. Microfiber cleaning cloths address these gaps with 7× water absorption (vs. 3× for cotton), 300+ wash cycles (vs. 50 for cotton), and 99% less lint shedding. However, not all microfiber suppliers are equal. Buyers increasingly demand ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (certificate 20.HCN.36448) for safety, SMETA ethical audit compliance, and EU packaging regulations (German VerpackG and French REP). Pa Tin Da holds all these credentials, making it a low-risk sourcing choice.

Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance

Products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified (Class II, Annex 6) through Hohenstein Laboratories. Additionally, Pa Tin Da holds a SMETA 4-Pillar ethical trade audit, German Packaging Act registration (DE3922560298890), and French REP Textile UIN (FR337512_11LKPC), covering labour, safety, environment, and business ethics. These certifications drastically reduce sourcing risk for importers in regulated markets.
