Product Summary

The HTL-T300 is a hard candy depositing production line built by Jiangsu Haitel Machinery Co., Ltd. for candy factories, food factories and biotechnology companies. It runs at a rated output of 300 kg/h with a 12 kW total power draw, and the complete line occupies 10,000 x 1,600 x 1,800 mm at a total weight of 3,500 kg. Every surface that contacts the candy mass is made of hygienic stainless steel SUS304. PLC or computer process control and an LED touch panel are available, so recipes, dosing and depositing are managed from one operating screen rather than by manual steam valve adjustment. Colours, flavours and acids are injected and mixed in line by dosing pumps.

Materials and Structure

The line is built around a stainless steel product path: all parts in contact with the candy mass are hygienic SUS304, while the depositing, dosing and control sections are arranged across a 10,000 mm long, 1,600 mm wide frame standing 1,800 mm high. Liquid colours, flavours and acids are metered by dosing pumps and blended in line before depositing. Steam for the cooking stage passes through an automatic control loop rather than a hand-operated valve, so pressure is held steady during the run. Depositing moulds are machined to match the candy shape and weight of the samples a buyer supplies.
