The TCHD-840 Ultra is offered with either four 12G-SDI inputs (3G-SDI compatible) or four HDMI 2.0 inputs, selected at order stage. Both share the same output set, streaming engine and control surface. PIP and multi-view layouts support single, dual, triple and quad windows, and landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16 production modes are switched with one touch.
Materials and Structure
The chassis uses an aluminium alloy housing with an industrial-grade flip cover that protects the operating surface in transit and on location. A main display of 15.6 inches or larger carries the multi-view and menu interface, and an M.2 drive bay is built into the unit. Signal processing runs on the embedded FPGA platform, while physical rotary knobs on the panel give direct per-channel audio gain control.
