This model is the 5m³ version of the composite salt spray test chamber. Other volume options based on customer requirements can be customized. Available options include different chamber dimensions, additional humidity control, and data logging systems.
Inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Outer casing is powder-coated carbon steel for durability. The chamber lid is transparent acrylic glass allowing visibility. Saturated air tank is also SUS304 stainless steel. Pyrex precision glass nozzles ensure consistent spray atomization. The structure includes a 120° apex angle sliding cover for safe and convenient access.
Designed for corrosion testing in automotive, aerospace, marine, electronics, metal materials, and coatings industries. Suitable for evaluating paint finishes, plating, and material resistance to salt spray and cyclic environmental conditions.
The salt spray deposition rate is 1 to 3 mL/80cm²·h, adjustable, with an average value collected over at least 16 hours.
Yes, the chamber supports programmable cycle operation, allowing you to set up continuous or intermittent spray, temperature, and humidity cycles.
The chamber has comprehensive safety interlock protection and a full fault detection system to ensure safe operation.
The chamber uses a conical diffuser spray tower and multiple salt spray collectors (≥4) to ensure even distribution across the test space.
Temperature uniformity is ≤2℃ under no load, steady state conditions.
Yes, it meets standards like GB/T31467.3-2015, commonly used in automotive testing.
The maximum system power is approximately 21 kW, subject to final engineering design.
