Materials and Structure
Available in a range of alloy and forged steels including 42CrMo, 20MnCr5, 18CrNiMo7-6. Heat treatment tailored to application: carburizing for surface hardness, nitriding for wear resistance, induction hardening for localized strength. External teeth profile is involute with 20° pressure angle as standard. Thin-section designs require careful heat treatment and machining to control distortion – we have proven processes.
