High-voltage busbars and contacts: T2 pure copper busbar with tin or silver plating on contact surfaces.
Transformer core and windings: Cold-rolled silicon steel sheet for core, oxygen-free copper wire for windings.
Low-voltage busbars and terminals: T2 pure copper with tin plating.
Insulating components (bushings, supports, partitions): Epoxy resin and SMC unsaturated polyester composite.
Sealing and shock-absorbing parts: Rubber sealing strips and rubber damping pads.
Fasteners: 304 stainless steel bolts and washers.
Transformer cooling & insulating medium: Mineral transformer oil.
