This flexible printed circuit (FPC) is designed for chip-on-board (COB) LED lighting modules, offering a double-sided copper layer structure with OSP surface finish for reliable soldering and extended shelf life. Built on PI material, it provides the flexibility needed for compact and curved lighting designs.
Double-sided copper structure allows more complex circuits in limited space, enabling higher LED density and better heat spreading.
OSP finish offers excellent solderability and flatness, ideal for fine-pitch COB assembly and reliable wire bonding.
Polyimide base material provides excellent thermal stability and mechanical flexibility, ensuring durability in tight or movable installations.
Manufactured under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, with UL recognized flammability (E498836), suitable for global use.

Standard model is double-sided with 1/1 oz copper, OSP finish. Custom options include single-sided layer, different copper weights, and alternate coverlay colors. Contact us for specific model configurations.
Base material is polyimide (PI) film, chosen for its thermal resistance and flexibility. Copper circuitry is etched to specification, covered with a white coverlay for insulation and light reflection. The overall thickness is 0.115mm, suitable for space-constrained lighting modules.
Primarily for lighting, especially COB LED modules used in indoor and outdoor fixtures, automotive lighting, and decorative lighting where flexibility and reliability are required.
