The Zexuan Enclosed Biogas Flare System is designed for controlled combustion of biogas from municipal landfills, wastewater treatment plants, and anaerobic digestion facilities. The enclosed design minimizes thermal radiation and noise, while providing high destruction efficiency. It handles low-calorific gas with methane concentrations of 35%–65% and operates at 800°C–1100°C, achieving ≥98% methane destruction.
