The four eccentric pile driver utilizes four eccentric shafts (instead of the conventional two) to generate higher centrifugal force with improved balance. This design reduces horizontal vibration while delivering powerful vertical force for driving large-diameter piles. Combined with a 360° rotation capability, the operator can position piles precisely without moving the excavator.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Vibration Frequency | 2500 rpm |
| Eccentric Moment | 14.5 kg·m |
| Operation Pressure | 32 MPa |
| Work Flow | 420 L/min |
| Centrifugal Force | 997 kN |
| Max. Pile Length | 27 m |
| Rotation Range | 360° continuous |
| Hammer Weight | ~4500 kg (estimated) |
| Applicable Excavator Class | 75–85 t |
The four eccentric pile driver is offered in the FV series with a 360° rotation option. Customized rotation speed and clamp designs are available for specific pile types.
The housing is made of high-strength steel plates welded together. The four eccentric shafts are mounted in heavy-duty bearings and synchronized via a gear system. The rotation mechanism uses a hydraulic motor and slewing ring.
We can adjust the eccentric moment (by changing counterweights) to match soil conditions. The rotation speed can also be tuned. Contact us for your specific requirements.
Port Foundation Project (Southeast Asia) – A contractor used our four eccentric pile driver with 360° rotation to install steel pipe piles for a pier extension. The rotation feature reduced positioning time by 30%, and the high centrifugal force allowed completion two weeks ahead of schedule.
