Product Summary: Our Permalloy 1J22 series, including grades 1J22, 1J22MS, and 1J22HS, offers ultra-high saturation magnetic flux density (Bs up to 2.35 T) combined with low coercivity and high Curie temperature. This makes it ideal for high-performance applications such as aerospace motors, magnetostrictive transducers, magnetrons, and precision electromagnets. Available in grades 1J22 (standard), 1J22MS (optimized magnetic domain for dynamic response), and 1J22HS (enhanced mechanical strength for high-speed rotation). Forms: strip, wire, bar, stamped parts.
Nickel-iron alloy (approx. 50% Ni, balance Fe). Fine-grained microstructure after vacuum hydrogen annealing. Thickness tolerance ±0.001mm.
Custom thickness (0.01-2.0mm), width (2-300mm), wire diameter (0.03-1.5mm), and stamping shapes. MOQ 50 kg. Payment: 30/70. Delivery: FOB, FCA, DAP, CIF, CPT.
An aerospace component manufacturer used our 1J22HS grade for electromagnet pole heads in satellite actuators. The high tensile strength (1200 MPa) and consistent magnetic properties enabled reliable operation under high centrifugal force, with a lifespan exceeding 15 years.
