Materials and Structure
The cabinet frame, enclosure, and partitions are made of galvalume steel or cold-rolled galvanized steel, integrally bent and assembled with electrostatic plastic spraying. Draw-out unit housings use galvanized steel with reinforcing ribs. Conductive busbars are T2 pure copper with tin or silver plating. Insulating parts are made of SMC unsaturated polyester molding compound, epoxy resin, and PVC sleeves. Stainless steel 304 fasteners ensure durability.
