Constructed from high-tenacity Nylon 6.6 yarns, woven into a durable, flat webbing structure. The IRR treatment is applied to the dyed fabric, ensuring consistent performance across the entire surface. The webbing is designed for low stretch and high strength, suitable for static load-bearing applications.
Ideal for tactical vests, military backpacks, soldier systems, load-carriage systems, modular pouches, plate carriers, duty belts, holsters, police gear, outdoor survival equipment, and military logistics. Also suitable for aerospace and government contracts.
We support custom widths, thicknesses, colors, and patterns. MOQ for custom orders is 3,000-5,000 meters per color/specification, negotiable for trial orders. Third-party inspection (SGS/ITS) allowed, and batch-specific lab reports are provided.
Military Equipment Manufacturer (Europe): Supplied 500,000+ meters annually for tactical vests, load-bearing systems, and modular MOLLE equipment. The webbing maintained stable performance for 3-5 years in field conditions, with consistent IRR compliance and high tensile strength, enhancing durability and reliability.
Standard widths include 20, 25, 38, and 50 mm, as well as 1/2", 1", 1.5", and 2". Custom widths are also available.
