Remote-controlled tracked photovoltaic module cleaning robot, characterized by addressing situations where construction personnel cannot stand or telescopic poles cannot reach for cleaning at photovoltaic power stations, as well as low efficiency and high risks associated with manual cleaning. This robot enables remote-controlled cleaning operations. Designed, developed, and manufactured specifically for China's photovoltaic power stations, this cleaning equipment is tailored to the unique environmental condition
1. Dry/Wet Dual-Purpose Cleaning

Equipped with a high-pressure water hose, water pump, and multi-nozzle system, this machine tackles stubborn stains, bird droppings, rusty gutters, and other heavily soiled areas. It can also be paired with specialized cleaning agents for enhanced efficiency. For locations with limited water access or light dust coverage, dry sweeping is possible. This expands the machine's versatility!

2. Fall Prevention Assistance System

The tracked chassis enables all-terrain operation. Equipped with omnidirectional fall prevention radar sensors, the cleaning machine operates via remote control on the tracked chassis. When the robot is guided by the remote controller along the edge of a solar panel, the radar detects the absence of panels. This triggers the internal control unit to halt forward/reverse movement and left/right turns. Simultaneously, the top-mounted audible and visual alarm activates, alerting the operator to abnormal conditions. This ensures enhanced safety during operations on solar panel surfaces.

3. Long-Distance Crossing/Multi-Angle Application When installing photovoltaic modules, site constraints necessitate leaving certain gaps. Therefore, during the initial design of the cleaning machine, the track length and width were extended to enhance overall balance and stability, improving its ability to traverse obstacles. Currently, it can cross horizontal gaps up to 40 cm and vertical obstacles under 6 cm. The increased track contact area enhances friction and traction, enabling operation at greater angles.
