What is the MOQ?
Sample 1-3 pieces are available free (buyer pays courier). Trial orders start at 1x20GP mixed container (~500-800 m²). Custom designs require 500 m² per SKU, and standard reorders are 1x40HQ per SKU.
Can I get a mixed container?
Yes, we accept mixed containers for trial orders to test multiple designs or products.
What are your payment terms?
Default is 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000, and we support Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal for samples under USD 500.
How do you handle quality inspections?
We offer free photo/video inspection before shipment and can arrange SGS, BV, or TUV pre-shipment inspection on buyer request (cost shared). Samples are retained for 6 months for reference.
What are your delivery terms?
Default FOB Ningbo/Shanghai. We also offer CIF to major ports (Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, Jebel Ali, Manila, Callao, Santos) and DDP door-to-door for USA, UAE, Colombia, and Chile.
Can I get a custom design?
Yes, we offer custom color, pattern, and size customization. A minimum of 500 m² per SKU is required for custom designs.
