Materials and Structure

Constructed with Q235B steel for the truss and pipeline. Hot-dip galvanization per GB/T 13912-2002 ensures anti-corrosion. The pipeline is sectional with a truss structure, and flexible irrigation hoses are PVC, reinforced, and UV resistant. The collector ring has 11 rings (4Х90А, 7Х25А) with IP65 protection. Copper electrical cable thickness: 4*4mm²+7*1.0mm².

Applications

Primarily for dry season irrigation and areas needing portable systems. Suitable for fodder crops, cereals, vegetables, and industrial crops. Can be used with wastewater recycling as demonstrated in Korea project.
