XF-270 is a polyester polyol synthesized from raw materials including phthalic anhydride (PA), purified terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA), diethylene glycol (DEG), and glycerol (GLY). These monomers undergo polycondensation to yield a hydroxyl-terminated oligomer with a controlled architecture, designed for reactive blending with isocyanates.
