Product Summary
The XPGD-200 is the largest of the drawer type magnetic bar iron remover series, using a 200 mm caliber and one to four staggered magnetic bar layers for high-throughput powder and liquid lines. It accepts Φ25 mm and Φ32 mm rare earth NdFeB magnetic bars, raising the processing capacity to between 35 and 50 m³/h depending on the layer configuration. The SUS304 stainless steel housing can be built in SUS316L for food and pharmaceutical grade duty. Because the magnetic bar rack slides out of the housing, cleaning can be carried out without breaking the pipeline. Standard, High-Efficiency, High-Temperature Resistant and Sanitary / Pharma Grade types are available for different duty requirements.
